Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled but not refunded.

Yes. A responsible adult must remain on site throughout the session. Children cannot be left unattended.

Playtoons welcomes children aged 0–12. We have dedicated zones for toddlers (0–3) and older children (4–12).

Walk-ins are welcome but we recommend booking online to secure your preferred session time, especially at weekends.

Yes! We have a fully stocked café with hot and cold drinks, light meals, and snacks for parents and children.

All children and adults must wear socks on the play equipment. Non-slip socks are available at the front desk.
