These terms and conditions govern your use of Playtoons facilities and services at Unit 20, Dunkenny Square, Drumchapel Shopping Centre, Glasgow G15 8NE.
1. General Admission
All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Adults are required to remain on the premises while their children are using any Playtoons facilities. Socks must be worn in play areas at all times.
2. Supervision & Safety
Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children throughout their visit. Our staff are on hand to assist but do not replace parental supervision. Please follow all posted safety guidelines and age restrictions for play zones.
3. Birthday Parties
Party bookings require a deposit. Cancellation terms and refund policies will be confirmed at the time of booking. Please refer to our Party Terms for full details.
4. Café
Outside food and drink is not permitted in the café area. Allergen information is available on request. Playtoons cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
5. Liability
Playtoons takes reasonable care to ensure facilities are safe and well-maintained. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. Use of play equipment is at the user's own risk, subject to our safety guidelines.
6. Photography
Photography and videography by visitors is permitted for personal use only. You must not photograph other people's children without their consent. Playtoons may capture promotional images with prior notice and consent.
